Long term tenants would like to stay, but both are on a month-to-month lease. They would be willing to sign a 1-year lease. Tenants pay electric, water & gas. Landlord maintains lawn. A nice double garage has a newer roof. Garage door opener does not work. Solid income, but unit needs some work. Current owner is willing to do some work prior to closing, but most of the improvements will be up to the new owner.
