Very well-appointed home. The very best quality of care and decorations have gone into this lovely home. The tile work is splendid.
Care can be seen in every aspect of the home. Draperies are beautiful and custom made. Home does not require much maintenance. Both garage and front door have removable wood ramps, should someone need them or that can just be kept in garage should guest need them. The patio area is wonderful for entertaining and it is built to protect privacy. No restrictions and only an annual HOA fee that is presently $375.00. If you would like even less responsibility, you can join others in the neighborhood and with a very modest fee you can have your grass cut and your snow removed. Built in 2004.
