This is approximately a 432 Sq. Ft. little home. Just use your imagination. The inside is an open room and does not have any kitchen but does have a bathroom with a toilet and sink. The awesome thing about this little place is the beautiful view overlooking Lake Erie and your close to Geneva on the Lake. This would make a great little weekend getaway for your friends or family. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets with a wide open view. The state re-did the lake bank and when completed, they did install stairs down to the bottom.
