very nice two-bedroom home with a one car garage. Large living room with a big window. Kitchen has a range and refrigerator. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Plus storage for blankets, sheet and things. Bedrooms are good size with closets.
This is a no pet rental.
There are two levels to the basement. One is where you pull in the garage. Then you go down five or six more steps into the basement. You will find furnace, and oil tank. Buyer to replace fuel at their expense. When tenant moves out there should as much oil in the tank as when you moved in. Also, the panel box.
Back yard is large and very nice. Front yard is also generous. Owner will cut the grass.
Rent is $850.00 plus $50.00 for water. If the water bill goes over $50.00 the tenant will pay the difference.
No smoking in the house.
