About Joe

Original Cleveland native who’s lived here all my life except for the year spent in Vietnam and the few years at Kent State University. Worked as a Project Director with the City of Cleveland for ten years on a program of social services to veterans. Began my Real Estate career in 1986 and attained a Real Estate Appraiser’s license in 1999.

My training is an asset that helps me to discover the market values of homes in our market and this helps my Seller clients know the price range to market their homes and helps my Buyer clients know the price that homes should sell for. I will guide my clients throughout the Buying/Selling process and make the experience seamless and even enjoyable.

I consider it a privilege to support my clients as they make deeply personal life decisions and I understand the importance of finding the best fit for each individual and family I serve.
